Ladies' Yoga Class
For all abilities from beginners to more advanced students.
Yoga postures (asanas) are taught to develop strength, stamina and flexibility in a relaxed and friendly environment.
Men's Yoga Class
For beginners and those with more experience.
Particular focus on improving flexibility to hamstrings and improving core strength.
